The Brazilian city of Manaus, the largest city in the Amazon basin, is home to one of its most beautiful natural phenomena: the confluence of water and water. برازیل کے شہر ماناؤس، جو امازون بیسن کا سب سے بڑا شہر ہے، کی ایک خوبصورت ترین قدرتی مظاہر میں سے ایک ہے ... پانی کا پانی سے ملاپ ... یہ وہ مقام ہے جہاں نِیگرو دریا اور امازون دریا کا ملاپ ہوتا ہے۔ یہ دونوں دریا میلوں دور بہتے ہیں مگر ان کا پانی آپس میں نہیں ملتا، یہ ایک دلکش اور عجیب قدرتی مظہر ہے۔

دونوں دریاؤں کا پانی درجہ حرارت اور بہاؤ کی رفتار میں بھی مختلف ہوتا ہے۔ نِیگرو دریا کا پانی امازون دریا کے پانی سے گرم ہوتا ہے جبکہ امازون دریا کا بہاؤ نِیگرو دریا کے مقابلے میں تیز ہے۔ ان تمام عوامل کی وجہ سے دونوں دریاؤں کا پانی آپس میں نہیں ملتا اور یہ قدرتی مظہر قائم رہتا ہے۔
یہ مقام جہاں پانی پانی سے ملتا ہے، سیاحوں کے لئے بہت مقبول ہے جو کشتیوں پر سوار ہو کر اس منظر کو قریب سے دیکھنے آتے ہیں۔ ملاپ کا یہ مقام چار کلومیٹر تک پھیلا ہوا ہے اور ماناؤس شہر کے مرکز سے چھ گھنٹے کی مسافت پر ہے۔
سبحان اللہ، یہ ایک قدرتی مظہر ہے جو غور و فکر کے قابل ہے۔
