This unnatural method of giving birth to a test tube baby, in which a man's sperm and its germs are obtained and inserted into the uterus of another strange woman by an unnatural method, and after the completion of the pregnancy period, when the child is born. If there is, the man takes the child by paying a fee. Because the germs of the husband and wife who wish to have children are defective or not capable of producing children, they should mix the germs of a foreign man and insert them into the wife's womb. Microbes have the ability to produce offspring.
The above mentioned two situations are illegal and haram according to Sharia, because the strange man has inserted his sperm into the womb of the strange woman.
However, in these two cases, the children who will be born, according to the Qur'an and Hadith, their parentage will not be proven from the man whose sperm has been put into the womb of a foreign woman, because according to the principle of Shariat, a woman's mankuha is required for proof of parentage. It is necessary to have and a foreign woman is not a concubine for a man who wishes to have children, but if this foreign woman is a concubine of a man, then the lineage of the child will be proven from the husband of this woman, but if the foreign woman is husbandless, then the foreign man is still a foreign woman. From whose germ the child is born, the parentage will not be proved, rather the parentage of the child will be proved from the woman, the child will be related to the woman, and his legal status will be that of the son of Al-Zina.

Its ruling is that in it, the husband's sperm is inserted into his wife's womb, which is not illegal, so if she becomes pregnant, the child will also be a proven parentage, because it is a sign of adultery. It is not in the order and there will be no sin in it, as long as no foreign man or woman interferes in the removal and insertion of the germs of both, rather the husband and wife should do the whole work themselves. But if the above method of test tube baby is performed by a strange man or a strange woman doctor, then it is not permissible, that is, a major sin will be committed, however, the lineage will be proved from the husband, and the inheritance will also be received from the father.

"If a woman has a disease in her private parts or uterus that causes physical pain and suffering, it is permissible to treat it with a doctor, but not with a male doctor, unless the disease is fatal or unbearable and a doctor is not available. So it is permissible to seek treatment from a male doctor.
Test tube baby method does not treat any disease that causes any physical pain, it is not a removal of physical harm, but a gain of profit, so it is very impolite to do this procedure with a lady doctor. Apart from this, there is such dishonor and shamelessness that humanity runs away from. The offspring obtained by displeasing Allah will be a disaster
