The cost of human organs

He had a strange disease due to which his nerves were responding... even he could not lift his eyelids by himself. Doctors used to apply ointment on the eyelids and stick them up to open the eyes. Why don't we go to his door and become grateful to him? That is why Allah said
And Allah is the One who created ears, eyes and hearts for you, but you give little thanks. Surah Mominun verse 78
Why not thank the Lord for all his blessings
Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani Sahib says that there is a kidney specialist in Karachi, my brother once asked him that you remove a kidney from one person's body and transplant it to another person, but now science has progressed a lot. So why not make an artificial kidney, so that there is no need to use another person's kidney?
He laughed and answered, first of all, despite the progress of science, it is very difficult to make an artificial kidney, because the sieve that Allah has placed inside the kidney is so subtle and fine that no such machine has been invented yet. Who can make such a subtle and fine sieve. Even if such a machine is invented and such a sieve is made, billions of rupees will be spent on it, and even if billions of rupees are spent to make such a sieve, there is something inside the kidney that is beyond our power. That is, Allah has created a brain inside the kidney that decides how much water a person's body needs, how much water to keep in the body and how much to throw out. Each person's kidney decides how much water should stay in the body and how much should be thrown out, according to that person's condition, according to their body and their weight. And his decision is 100% correct. As a result, it retains as much water in the body as it needs and throws the excess water out of the body in the form of urine. Therefore, even if we spend billions of rupees to make an artificial kidney, even then we cannot make the brain that Allah Almighty has created in the kidney of every human being.

Two human kidneys that are 4.5 inches long and weigh 4 to 6 ounces. And a rib cage has been installed to protect them. Blood flow in kidneys is more than heart, liver and brain. A small kidney has 1 million nephrons to filter the blood. If the nephron is kept end to end, its length is 16 km. It cleans 120 pints of blood in an hour without stopping.
And they clean 400 gallons of blood daily. 400 gallons refers to a large size tank of water. Thus, they make the blood re-usable. 266% more than the required capacity in kidney for filtering process. This cannot be a coincidence.
