امریکہ و یورپ جنسی درندوں کی جنت

 پاکستان میں جب بھی ریپ کا کوئی کیس سامنے آتا ہے تو “مغرب زدگان‘‘ مغرب کی جنسی تعلیم کو اس مسئلے کا ’’علاج‘‘ باور کراتے ہیں ۔ اُس سے یہ تاثر پیدا ہوتا ہے کہ شاید مغرب کے سیکولر اور لبرل ممالک نہ صرف جنسی درندگی سے پاک ہیں بلکہ انہوں نے جنسی تعلیم وغیرہ کے ذریعے اس حوالے سے خود کو “جنت” بنا لیا ہے۔جبکہ پاکستان جیسا مذہبی ملک جنسی جرائم کی “آماجگاہ” بنا ہوا ہے، اور اس کی ایک وجہ یہ ہے کہ پاکستان مغربی ممالک کی طرح “سیکولر اور لبرل” نہیں۔ آئیے دیکھتے ہیں اصل صورتحال کیا ہے؟

امریکہ، سیکولرازم اور لبرل ازم کی ایک جنت ہے، دنیا کی سب سے “مضبوط جمہوریت” ہے، “انسانی حقوق” کا سب سے بڑا علَم بردار ہے، امریکی عدالتی نظام بے مثال اور پولیس لا جواب ہے۔ اس کا تعلیمی نظام بہترین ہے، اس کی معیشت شاندار ہے، اس کی سماجیات پر ساری دنیا کی رال ٹپک رہی ہے، مگر امریکہ جنسی درندوں کی جنت اور جنسی درندگی کا شکار ہونے والی خواتین اور بچوں کا جہنم نظر آتا ہے۔

امریکہ کے 

Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network یا RINN 

کی ایک رپورٹ کے مطابق امریکہ میں 1998ء سے اب تک ریپ کے ایک کروڑ 77 لاکھ واقعات رپورٹ ہوئے ہیں۔ ان میں سے 99 فیصد واقعات کے ذمے داروں کو سزا نہیں دی جاسکی۔ عصمت دری کا نشانہ بننے والی خواتین میں سے 13 فیصد نے خودکشی کرلی۔ریپ متاثرین میں 90 فیصد نوجوان خواتین ہیں۔ اس رپورٹ کے مطابق امریکہ میں ہر سال ریپ کے 3 لاکھ 21 ہزار 500 واقعات ہوتے ہیں۔ واقعات میں 10 میں سے 7 افراد کو معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ انہیں ریپ کرنے والا کون ہے۔

کے مطابق امریکہ میں ہر 98 سیکنڈ میں کسی نہ کسی پر ایک “جنسی حملہ” ہوتا ہے۔ مضمون کے مطابق اس طرح امریکہ میں روزانہ 570 افراد جنسی حملوں کا شکار ہوتے ہیں۔

سیکولرازم اور لبرل ازم کی جنت امریکہ میں بچوں پر جنسی حملوں کی صورت حال کیا ہے؟ اس کا اندازہ اس بات سے کیجیے کہ امریکہ کے محکمۂ انصاف کی ایک رپورٹ کے مطابق صرف 2012ء کے دوران امریکہ میں 62 ہزار 939 بچے جنسی حملوں کا نشانہ بنے۔ ان میں سے 85 فیصد بچوں نے حملوں کو رپورٹ ہی نہیں کیا۔

امریکہ کے محکمۂ انصاف کی رپورٹ کے مطابق 1998ء سے اب تک امریکہ میں 18 لاکھ “نوعمر” جنسی حملوں کا نشانہ بن چکے ہیں۔

امریکی فوج امریکہ کی اصل قوت ہے۔ امریکی فوج کی تعلیم و تربیت مثالی ہے۔ اس کے نظم و ضبط کا حوالہ دیا جاتا ہے۔ 28 مئی 2014ء کے نیویارک ٹائمز میں شائع ہونے والی رپورٹ میں امریکہ کے محکمہ دفاع پنٹاگون کے ایک سروے کے حوالے سے انکشاف کیا گیا ہے کہ صرف 2012ء میں امریکی فوج میں 26 ہزار خواتین و حضرات پر جنسی حملے ہوئے۔ ان میں سے صرف 3374 رپورٹ ہوئے۔2013ء کی پنٹاگون کی رپورٹ کے مطابق صرف 5061 فوجیوں کے جنسی حملے رپورٹ کیے گئے۔ ان میں سے صرف 484 حملوں کے سلسلے میں مقدمات قائم ہوئے اور صرف 376 افراد کو سزائیں ہوئیں۔جن فوجیوں نے جنسی حملوں کے سلسلے میں شکایات درج کرائیں انہیں بعد ازاں

اور اسی طرح کے الزامات کے تحت ملازمتوں سے فارغ کر دیا گیا۔

پاکستان کے ’’مغرب زدگان‘‘ کی اطلاع کے لیے عرض ہے کہ امریکہ کے اسکولوں میں 1920ء سے کسی نہ کسی قسم کی اُس “جنسی تعلیم” کا اہتمام کیا جا رہا ہے مگر اس کے باوجود امریکہ میں جنسی حملوں کا سیلاب آیا ہوا ہے اور ہر 98 سیکنڈ میں وہاں کوئی نہ کوئی عورت، بچہ یا مرد جنسی حملوں کا نشانہ بن جاتا ہے۔ یہ تعلیم امریکہ میں نہ صرف غیر مؤثر ہے بلکہ بچوں میں جنسی انحرافات کو بڑھانے میں معاونت کر رہی ہے۔

ایسے حالات میں امریکہ کے ذرائع ابلاغ پر ہر وقت جنسی حملے زیر بحث ہونے چاہئیں، مگر امریکہ میں ان کا ذکر تک نہیں ہوتا، مگر پاکستان میں جہاں 60 فیصد آبادی کی مذہبی یا عام تعلیم کا سرے سے کوئی بندوبست ہی نہیں، جہاں کا تعلیمی نظام فرسودہ ہے، جہاں درجنوں بڑے بڑے معاشی اور سماجی مسائل اور محرومی کی ہولناک نفسیات موجود ہے، وہاں مغرب زدگان چاہ رہے ہیں کہ ایک یا چند واقعات چوبیس گھنٹے ذرائع ابلاغ پر چھائے رہیں۔

امریکا میں جنسی درندگی کے سیلاب کو دیکھتے ہوئے ریپ کے واقعات

کا شکار ہونا شروع ہوگئے ہیں۔ اور ان واقعات کے حوالے سے جھوٹ کا مقصد یہ دھوکا تخلیق کرنا ہے کہ وہاں جرائم پر قابو پانے میں کامیابی ہو رہی ہے۔

آپ امریکہ کے “ذکرِ خیر” سے یہ نہ سمجھیں کہ جنسی درندگی کا سیلاب صرف امریکہ مرکز یا 

America Centric 

ہے۔ ایسا نہیں ہے۔ فرانس یورپ کا سب سے سیکولر اور لبرل ملک ہے۔ ایک رپورٹ کے مطابق صرف ساڑھے چھ کروڑ آبادی والے ملک فرانس میں ہر سال 75 ہزار ریپ کیسز ہوتے ہیں۔2012ء میں ان میں سے صرف 1293 کیس رپورٹ ہوئے۔ 2014ء میں 5 سے 7 ہزار واقعات صرف گینگ ریپ کے رپورٹ ہوئے۔ مغرب زدگان کی اطلاع کے لیے عرض ہے کہ فرانس میں 1973ء سے جنسی تعلیم اسکولوں کے نصاب کا حصہ ہے۔آیئے برطانیہ بہادر پر بھی ایک سرسری نظر ڈال لیں جہاں 2015ء سے جنسی تعلیم کا اہتمام ہو رہا ہے۔ ایک رپورٹ کے مطابق برطانیہ کے صرف دو علاقوں یعنی انگلینڈ اور ویلز میں ہر سال عصمت دردی کے 97 ہزار واقعات ہوتے ہیں۔ یعنی ہر گھنٹے میں 11 واقعات ۔ صرف 15 فیصد واقعات پولیس ریکارڈ کا حصہ بنتے ہیں۔صرف امریکہ نہیں، مغرب کے تمام سیکولر اور لبرل ممالک جنسی درندگی کے سیلاب کی زد میں ہیں۔

جنسی ہراسانی کے واقعات میں ٹاپ ٹین ممالک کی فہرست

 ریپ کے حوالے سے ٹاپ 10 ملکوں کی فہرست موجود ہے. جس میں دسویں نمبر پر ملک ایتھوپیا ہے جہاں کی ساٹھ فیصد خواتین کو سیکسوئیل وائلنس کا سامنا کرنا پڑا اور ہر سترہ میں سے ایک خاتون ریپ کا شکار ہوئی. یاد رہے کہ یہ کوئی مسلمان ملک نہیں بلکہ ایک عیسائی ملک ہے. ریپ کے حوالے سے ہی نواں بڑا ملک سری لنکا ہے تاہم یہ بھی مسلم ملک نہیں ہے

خواتین سے بدسلوکی اور بے حرمتی کے حوالے سے فہرست میں آٹھواں بڑا ملک کینیڈا ہے، جہاں 2,516,918 ریپ کیسز دو ہزار ایک سے اب تک رجسٹرڈ ہوے ہیں. مزے کی بات یہ کہ وہاں کے سرکاری محکموں کا یہ ماننا کہ یہ رجسٹرڈ کیسز ٹوٹل کا چھ فیصد بھی نہیں ہے. یاد رہے کینیڈا بھی مسلم ملک نہیں بلکہ ایک لبرل اور آزادی پسند ملک ہے جہاں حقوق اور سماجی انصاف کی صورتحال سب ممالک سے بہتر قرار دی جاتی ہے

ساتواں نمبر فحاشی و عریانی، جسے یار لوگ آزادی اور حقوق بھی کہتے ہیں، کے لحاظ سے، سرفہرست ملک فرانس کا ہے۔ کیا آپ جانتے ہیں کہ 1980 سے پہلے تک تو یہاں ریپ کوئی جرم سمجھ ہی نہیں جاتا تھا اس کے سدباب کا کوئی قانون سرے سے ہی موجود نہیں تھا۔ عورت پر جنسی اور جسمانی تشدد پہ قانون بنایا ہی 1992 کے بعد گیا. اب فرانس جیسے لبرل ملک میں سالانہ 75000 ریپ کیسز رجسٹرڈ کئے جاتے ہیں۔

چھٹے پر ٹیکنالوجی کے بادشاہ جرمنی کا نمبر آتا ہے،.جہاں اب تک 6505468 کیسز رجسٹرڈ ہو چکے ہیں. یاد رہے ان میں سے 240000 سے زیادہ متاثرہ خواتین خودکشی و تشدد سے اپنی جان سے ہاتھ دھو بیٹھی ہیں. ٹیکنالوجی میں تیزی سے ترقی کرتے اس ملک میں انسانیت اتنی ہی تیزی سے ختم ہوتی جا رہی ہے

پانچواں نمبر انگلینڈ کا ہے جہاں، ہر 16 سے 56 سال کی عمر کی ہر پانچ میں سے ایک عورت کو جنسی تشدد کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے. سالانہ چار لاکھ خواتین انگلینڈ میں اپنا وقار کھو بیٹھتی ہیں۔

چوتھے نمبر پر مشہور ملک ریپستان مطلب ہندوستان آتا ہے، جہاں ہر بائیس منٹ بعد ریپ کا ایک کیس رجسٹرڈ کیا جاتا ہے یہ بھی یاد رہے اعداد و شمار کے ماہرین کے نزدیک یہ تعداد اصل تعداد کا دس فیصد بھی نہیں کیوں کہ پسماندگی کی وجہ سے نوے فیصد خواتین رپورٹ درج نہیں کرواتیں

تیسرے نمبر پہ سویڈن آتا ہے جہاں ہر چار میں سے ایک عورت ریپ اور ہر دو میں سے ایک عورت سیکسوئیل ہراسمنٹ کا شکار ہوتی ہے. دوسرے نمبر پہ ساؤتھ افریقہ آتا ہے جہاں بلحاظ آبادی سالانہ 65000 سے زائد کیسز رجسٹرڈ کئے جاتے ہیں.ساؤتھ افریقہ بیبی اینڈ چائلڈ ریپ اور ہراسمنٹ کے حوالے سے بھی دنیا میں بدنام ترین ملک جانا جاتا ہے

اور آخر میں پہلے نمبر پہ ہے مہذب ترین ملک امریکہ، مہذب اور روشن خیال ملک ہونے کی وجہ سے یہاں کے کیسز بھی کافی عجیب و غریب واقع ہوۓ ہین کہ یہاں ہر چھ میں سے ایک عورت تو ریپ کا لازمی شکار ہوئی ہے، مگر ہر 33 میں سے ایک مرد بھی عورتوں کے ہاتھوں ریپ کا شکار ہوا ہے ۔۔۔ 19.3% عورتیں اور 3.8% فیصد امریکی مرد زندگی میں کم ازکم ایک دفعہ ریپ کا لازمی شکار ہوچکے ہیں۔

اوپر موجود تمام اعداد و شمار ایک ویب سائیٹ سے لئے گئے ہیں . باقی ویب سائیٹ بھی دیکھیں تب بھی ان میں بھی ٹاپ ٹین کنٹریز یہی ہیں، بس ترتیب آگے پیچھے ہے. ان سب ملکوں میں آپکو کسی مسلم ملک کا نام نظر نہیں آئے گا. اگر آپ تیزاب گردی کے حوالے سے سرچ کریں تو بھی یہی ملک آپ کو سب سے زیادہ متاثرہ نظر آئیں گے

 یہی وہ ممالک جنہیں ہمارا میڈیا جنت بریں ثابت کرنا چاہتا ہے. جن کی ہمارے ہاں موجود لبرل مثالیں دیتے ہیں. افسوس کہ ہزاروں مختاراں مائیوں اور ملالاؤں پہ مشتمل امریکہ اور دوسرے ان ممالک میں کوئی این جی اوز نہیں یہاں کسی شرمین عبید چنائے کو گھاس نہیں ڈالی جاتی. یہاں کی کوئی این جی او اس بدترین کام پہ اپنے سسٹم پہ نوحہ کناں نظر نہیں آتیں اور مزے کی بات یہ کہ ان ممالک میں کسی ملا مدرسے کا ہولڈ نہیں ہے. یہاں عورتوں کے حقوق نہیں دبائے جاتے ہاں عورتوں کے ریپ وہ بخوشی کر دیتے ہیں. چند سال پہلے کہیں پڑھا تھا کہ آزادیء نسواں درحقیقت عورت تک پہنچنے کی کوشش کا نام ہے۔ ابھی جب اعداد شمار دیکھے تو اس بات پہ یقین ہوا کہ واقعی ہی آزادی کے نام پہ اس مہذب معاشرے نے عورت کو ٹشو پیپر کی طرح استعمال کیا گیا، اس سے گھر چھینا، اس کا تقدس چھینا، عزت چھینی, برابری کے نام پر مشقت کرائی گئی، برینڈ بنا کر بیچا گیا اور بازاروں میں نیلام کیا گیا          

     

America and Europe are paradises for sexual predators

List of top ten countries in sexual harassment incidents

 There is a list of the top 10 countries in terms of rape. In which the tenth place is Ethiopia, where sixty percent of women have faced sexual violence and one in every seventeen women has been raped. It should be remembered that this is not a Muslim country but a Christian country. The ninth largest country in terms of rape is Sri Lanka, but it is also not a Muslim country.

The eighth largest country on the list in terms of abuse and indecency against women is Canada, where 2,516,918 rape cases have been registered since 2001. Interestingly, the government departments there believe that these registered cases are not even six percent of the total. Remember that Canada is also not a Muslim country, but a liberal and freedom-loving country where the situation of rights and social justice is considered better than all countries.

It should be remembered that more than 240000 of these affected women have lost their lives due to suicide and violence. As technology advances rapidly, humanity is disappearing at the same rate in this country.

Fifth place goes to England, where one in five women between the ages of 16 and 56 experiences sexual violence. Four hundred thousand women lose their dignity in England every year.

In fourth place is the famous country of Rapistan, meaning India, where a case of rape is registered every twenty-two minutes. It should also be remembered that according to statistics experts, this number is not even ten percent of the actual number because ninety percent of women do not file a report due to backwardness.

Sweden comes in third place, where one in four women is raped and one in two women is sexually harassed. South Africa comes in second place, where more than 65,000 cases are registered annually, based on population. South Africa is also known as the most notorious country in the world for baby and child rape and harassment.

And finally, in first place is the most civilized country, America. Being a civilized and enlightened country, the cases here have also been quite strange. Here, one in every six women has been a victim of rape, but one in every 33 men has also been a victim of rape by women... 19.3% of women and 3.8% of American men have been a victim of rape at least once in their lives.

All the above data is taken from one website. If you look at other websites, the top ten countries are the same, just the order is backwards. You will not see any Muslim country in these countries. If you search for acid attacks, you will also see these countries as the most affected.

 These are the countries that our media wants to prove to be paradises. Which the liberals present in us give examples of. Unfortunately, there are no NGOs in America and other countries with thousands of mothers and Malalas, no Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy is thrown in the trash here. No NGO here is seen lamenting their system for this worst act and the funny thing is that there is no hold of any madrasa in these countries. Women's rights are not suppressed here, yes, they rape women happily. A few years ago, I read somewhere that women's liberation is actually an attempt to reach women. Now when I see the numbers, I am convinced that in the name of freedom, this civilized society has really used women like tissue paper, snatched their homes, snatched their sanctity, snatched their honor, made them work in the name of equality, made them a brand and sold them in the markets.
